Courier Fleet
Bonds operate a comprehensive fleet of vehicles ranging from small vans, sprinter vans, sprinter vans with tail lift, 7.5 tonne and 17 tonne vehicles to articulated lorries.
Bonds’ vehicles are equipped with the VMI Greenlight tracking facility which can pin point the vehicles at any time. All drivers and riders are uniformed and are on call, by rotation, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Breakdown/recoveries are handled by the Automobile Association.
Quality Control
Bonds are accredited with ISO 9001:2008, certificate number 308/1 and follow the procedures within their manual which is available for inspection. All non-conformities are regularly audited to see how Bonds can, as a company, improve its service levels. All procedures, including collection and delivery times, complaints escalation and vehicle servicing are audited.
Service
Bonds takes pride in its service levels and has substantial experience in serving multi location companies. Value is added particularly with project supply services where more and more intricate requirements are to be met. Bonds are very aware of the importance of timed deliveries, linking with engineers on site and working alongside engineers on specific machine deployments, Bonds’ technical team assist engineers to install and de-install computer and other IT kit as required. The necessary manpower is supplied as needed for large volume deliveries.
Bonds delivers to desk, unboxing equipment, removing all packaging and collecting equipment on site prior to returning. Bespoke electronic reporting to suit customer needs is provided on all aspects of project work. Stairwalkers are used to assist with unpopulated rack deliveries and collections and multi functional devices. This level of service can be implemented to other types of work offering the flexibility our clients require to meet their needs.
